Always swim with a companion, and do not wander away from other bathers thereby isolating yourself as a prime target for attack. Murky or turbid water of limited underwater visibility should be avoided. In any event, a particularly watchful eye should be maintained for shadows and movements in the water. If there is any doubt, get out at once. Do not keep captured fish, dead or alive, about your person or tethered to you on a stringer or similar device. Remove all speared or wounded fish from the water immediately. Leave the water if there are unusual numbers of fish and/or if they are behaving in an erratic manner. Always trust your instincts, following these suggestions will limit your chances of being eaten alive by Pandha Piranha.
